Terms of Service

1. The app

Melhor Envio Tracking is a Freshdesk app that shows the shipments in your Melhor Envio account and, when you allow it, cancels them. It is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Melhor Envio or Freshworks. "Melhor Envio" and "Freshdesk" are trademarks of their owners.

2. Your accounts

You need your own Freshdesk and Melhor Envio accounts and must be allowed to use the API key and the token you enter. Your use of those services stays under your agreements with Freshworks and Melhor Envio, including their API limits.

3. Subscription

The app is billed per agent per month through the Freshworks Marketplace, under Freshworks' billing terms. A free trial may be offered. You can cancel by uninstalling.

4. Cancelling shipments

Cancelling a shipment acts on your Melhor Envio account and cannot be undone. Whether and when the amount paid is refunded is decided by Melhor Envio. Cancelling is off until you switch it on. You decide which agents use the app and are responsible for what they do with it.

5. Accuracy

Shipment information comes from Melhor Envio and the carriers. We do not guarantee that it is correct, complete or current. The estimated delivery date is calculated by the app from the posting date and the quoted delivery time; it is an estimate, not a commitment of the carrier. Suggested reply texts are drafts for your agent to review.

6. Availability

The app depends on Freshworks and Melhor Envio. We do not promise uninterrupted service.

7. Support

We answer support requests at info@redlotus.com.br on business days.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or shipping costs.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the app or these terms; material changes will be noted in the listing. We may withdraw the app with 30 days' notice in the listing.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
